My Dream

It’s dark, I don’t know where I am. I can feel someone’s eyes on me from the shadows. I don’t know whose eyes they are. I can feel their piercing gaze and I release that this must be what it feels like to be the prey of a hunter. Yes it feels like I’m being hunted, so I run. I run as fast as I can into the shadows but I can’t get away from the gaze. Whatever is following me must be fast, I wonder if I can out last it, but the more I run the closer the gaze seems to be and the more tired I get. I can barely breath and my legs start to give out on me. The shadows seem to grow thicker with every breath I take. I collapse to the ground pan thing and the shadows seem to close in around me. It feels like I’m drowning in them, I can barely move my limbs and the shadows slowly constrict around my neck like a smooth and cold tentacle. I can feel the gaze now piercing into the back of my skull, whatever it is it’s right behind me. I try to use all the strength left in me to turn around. I manage to turn me head to the side and just before I can see behind me, the shadows around my neck constrict even further and pull me head in the opposite direction, snapping my neck in an instant. I’m swallowed by shadows and the dream ends.

It’s been bugging me ever since I answered that automated question I got yesterday when I made this. So I drew a picture of the cabin we stayed at. It’s a very generic picture because I can’t remember any specific details. There was a stream nearby and it was in the woods so there were trees. Also sadly I can’t remember much about the friend I made there, but I do know I made one.

I’m really not, so when I was just sitting alone eating in the dining hall of my dorm it really annoyed me that about 4 guys came out of nowhere and basically surrounded me. Suddenly the rest of my dinner was pretty uncomfortable. Although I did my good deed of the day by buying girl scout cookies.

Also, more Deja Vu. After I bought the cookies I was looking out the window and felt that strange familiarity again, along with the feeling that something was out of place.

I’m pretty bad at drawing but I drew some things on my notes in class the other day. My favorite is the guy in the top right corner. He looks so happy and fat.

Deja Vu

It’s happened to me a few times today so I’m going to complain about it over the internet. Deja Vu is something I experience at least 3 times a day. I think there is something wrong with my brain. Today I was sitting there eating lunch with my buddy Lawrence, and then it hit me, the fries I was shoving in my mouth, the conversation at the next table even the people that were in my line of sight, all of them felt like something I had seen before. Although when I compare my Deja Vu to other people I think mine is slightly different, when I experience it, not only does it seem familiar but it also feels like something is missing. Like the last time I saw the image there was something there that isn’t there now I just chalk it up to being part of my odd brain.

I guess I should have made this before answering some automated question. I guess this is the place where I will share the maelstrom of ideas that pop up in my head. It’s really an interesting place, I wish I could let people into my mind, I want to know what they would think. I guess I have to settle for this just being a window.

My earliest memory? A vacation with my family to a cabin in some woods. I was a kid and away from my friends so I was bored a lot. I did however make a Friend while I was there so it wasn’t a terrible trip.
